Communication Skills Refinement for Impact and Influence

An intensive, hands-on workshop designed to help individuals maximize their potential for teamwork and leadership.

Focusing on quickly building interpersonal communication skills and public speaking ability, with a segment on accent reduction.

The Communication Skills Refinement for Impact and Influence Workshop is geared towards professional immigrants in Toronto Canada who need to deal with clients, suppliers, managers and co-workers.

The workshop training includes verbal communications, presentation skills and understanding body language. Using communication skills to create alignment with business goals and other much needed interpersonal skills.

BRASI has organized and is hosting this communication workshop, and Ric Phillips is running the communication training. This workshop is open to ANYONE interested in improving communication skills, especially professional immigrants in Toronto/GTA.

Ric Phillips has been training others in communications since 1997. He holds a degree in Sociology/Psychology, is a certified coach and NLP practitioner with the CCF - Certified Coaches Federation, and is a member of HRPAO - Human Resources Professionals Assoc. of Ontario.
